1. This page (and the pages referred to herein) sets out the terms and conditions of use (the "Terms of Use") under which you may use the website www.jototoli.com (the "Website"), either as a visitor or as a registered user. Please read these Terms carefully before you start using the Website. By using the Website, you indicate that you accept these Terms of Use and that you will abide by them. Your use of any part of the Website indicates your acceptance of these Terms of Use, which become effective when you first use the Website. If you do not accept the Terms of Use, you should stop using the Website immediately.

   Registration for use of the service

If you wish to place an order on the Website to purchase any product listed on the Website, you must apply to become a reseller by making an application to become a customer on the Website, which you can access through the "My User Account" section of the Website. To register, you will need to provide your company name, organization and VAT registration number, your name, address and email address and other information required for us to deliver and invoice securely.    14. Once you have registered on the Website, you will be asked to create a username and password for your account. You must keep the password confidential and contact us immediately if the password falls into the wrong hands or if someone unauthorized uses your email address or account or if you become aware of any other security issue. You agree that any person to whom you have provided your login details is authorized to act on your behalf in relation to the use of your account. Please note that you are fully responsible if you do not keep your password secret.

   18. if you enter into a contract with us by placing a product order on the Website, which we accept in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, the relevant terms of these Terms and Conditions relating to our liability and its limitation in relation to such contract shall supersede the limitation of liability terms in clause 17.a above.

   20. You may print off one copy or download extracts from any part of the Website for your personal use.

Force Majeure

We consider ourselves exempt from fulfilling our obligations in these terms and conditions if it is due to changed legislation, government action, labor market conflict, fire, flood, war, terrorism, sabotage, pandemics, accidents of major proportions or similar events.

Fraud

Attempted fraud with, for example, false or stolen card details is reported to the police. We log IP addresses in connection with payment being made in order to use these in the event of a police report.
